2 Choose the Keynote slideshow you want to present. Click Share.
If you have already started a video chat, drag your selected Keynote le over the
buddy or group displayed in the iChat video window.
3 Keynote opens and the rst slide of your slideshow is displayed in the iChat
video window.
4 Use the Keynote controls to advance through the slides.
For details, see Controlling a Presentation with the Keyboard on page 210.
5 When your slideshow is nished, close the Keynote control window.
Sending Your Keynote Document Directly to Mail
If you use Mail as your regular email application, you can quickly and simply
attach a Keynote, PowerPoint, or PDF version of your slideshow to an email, right from
within Keynote.
To email a document:
1 Open your Keynote document, choose Share > “Send via Mail,” and then choose
Keynote, PowerPoint, or PDF from the submenu.
Keynote: Creates a Keynote version of your document.
PowerPoint: Creates a PowerPoint version of your document.
PDF: Creates a PDF version of your document.
A new mail message opens with the document version attached to it.
2 Edit the email message and click Send.
Keynote documents with password protection are sent securely. Recipients
are required to use a password to view secure documents. To learn more, see
Password-Protecting Your Document on page 37.
Password protection for PDF les and Microsoft PowerPoint documents isn’t supported.
Sending Your Keynote Presentation to iWork.com public beta
Presentations posted on iWork.com are accessible to viewers using any supported web
browser. Viewers can step through your presentation as individual slides, or they can play
the presentation in their browser (pre-recorded presentations with voiceover narration,
self-playing presentations, and some slide transitions and eects aren’t supported).
You can access your presentation using any computer with a supported web browser,
an email account, and your Apple ID. Your Apple ID is the same as your MobileMe
subscriber name or iTunes store account ID. If you don’t have an Apple ID, go
to https://appleid.apple.com and follow the onscreen instructions to get one.
