Using the Name File
Creating a new name card for a person
or company
You can create a name card for a person or a company.
To do this, follow these steps:
1 Tap Names ‰ to open the Name File.
2 Tap New.
3 In the list that appears, tap Person N or Company Ç.
4 In the slip that appears, enter the appropriate information.
