Tap You have mail to specify a sound to be played when mail download is complete.

In the list that appears, tap your choice.

Check Enable no mail alert if you want an alert to be displayed when you are

receiving but there is no mail for your In Box. Otherwise SimpleMail silently returns

control to Newton, which is more suitable for unattended scheduled operation.

Tap Timestamp with to select the time zone with which you want received messages

to be stamped.

Tap Put Away text to to specify where multiple selections should be put away to. In

the list that appears, tap your choice.

2.1 Check Put away items automatically if you want received items to be put away to

applications that can automatically receive them.

Put away items automatically applies only to Newton 2.1. ◆
